Howdy,

Im new to this but im sure ill have questions along the way. I got my surgery done on friday 10/24 and finally up and moving around with just a little pain. My doctor put me on liquids for 2 weeks after the surgery and im about tired of chicken broth and hate beef broth. but since i started the 2 week pre-opt diet i have lost 13 pounds. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, now i have to go update my profile and read all these threads on here to help me.

Hey guys Im back... Been busy lately but as you can see im down 78 pounds...

Never felt better... The Lap Band is an amazing surgery!
