Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with eating and feeling full after just a couple of mouthfuls??. It started after I had my last full so I not sure if that is why or something else if anyone has some idea please let me known... Am very happy with my weight loss so far it would be great to be able to talk to other people about things you go throught so hope to hear from all.. Donna:)

I am not sure of the conversion for 20Kg as to lbs. I was banded in Jan 08, down 62 lbs. 6 fills ,6.5 cc in a 10 c band. Sounds like you are at a great spot meaning, sweet spot. It takes me more than a few mouthfuls. But I am getting closer. If you just had a fill, did you do the liquids for 2 daya sn then soft foods for 2 days before going to regular food? Are you tighter in the morning than the evening. As long as you are getting in the Proteins and the fluids hang in there, may ease up. If not you may need a slight "unfill". My Doc suggested trying 2 weeks feeling tight and if no improvement then call the dr offcie. Normally the second week it would ease up and we keep on losing. Keep up the great work. Your anniversary is coming up soon.:)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
