travelinsnorkel 0 Posted October 26, 2008 I was really busy and waited to long to eat dinner. I'm on mushies and I think I ate too fast. I feel a little pain in my pouch area when I try to breathe deeply. Any suggestions on how to help this?

watermelon seeds 0 Posted October 27, 2008 I know what you mean about eating tooo fast. I started eating a banana one day and I was talking at the same time and I ended up eating my old way biting it off the top and just chewing a little bit and going down for another bit then I realized that DARN banana was stuck. I felt that banana in my throat for the rest of the day. YES, it's true we allllll learn that lesson the hard way somehow or someway. Good luck and be sure to be careful. tm12paws 0 Posted October 27, 2008 I was banded on Oct 22, I tried 1 oz of grits tonight, I thought I must have ate too much, but after reading what you wrote, I think I just ate too fast. I don't like this feeling, I hope I learned my lesson. Marie
