(sorry for stealing from Lloyd Benson in the vice presidental debates of 2000) You accusin' me of being Quayle, man?!? Because I call spell much more worser than Mr. Quayle! stevegoad 32 Posted November 8, 2008 Of course I'm not accusin' you of being a Quayle. You know exactly how many "E"'s are in the word Potatoe Besides, even to call you Quayle is a compliment about your ability to survive (stay with me here)... Quayle sounds like Quail - the bird that Dick Cheney likes to hunt. They are such smart birds that, if you let them out of a cage in the middle of a group of hunters, they can trick the hunters into shooting each other! (OK... that was a long way for a very bad joke.... I am sorry)
BethFromVA 5 Posted November 8, 2008 Wasn't Quayle the guy who couldn't spell "potato"? lol
green 6 Posted November 8, 2008 And I always thought Humble referred to a spiritual place...not an actual town!

They are such smart birds that, if you let them out of a cage in the middle of a group of hunters, they can trick the hunters into shooting each other! That was good, actually!!! My nuclear family's anti-gun. My parents used to joke about how people needed guns to watch out for the "killer quail" so it was esp applicable to me! (Everyone-Pls don't get into the 'right to bear arms' mess. I was just telling a personal story!)

Gracey 7 Posted November 8, 2008 Beth - Less than 2 weeks til surgery! Figure out now what Protein Shakes you can tolerate er stomach. Get it? har har. I didn't take into account just how much I would need for 3 weeks of liquids so I've gone shopping more than I had intended to. My two cents.
losingjusme 12 Posted November 8, 2008 SnT & Beth - not sure if i mentioned this, but my FAVE Protein shake is muscle milk... it is pretty high in fat / cals but it's very filling.... i drank it daily when i was working my ass off at the gym.... regular = 2 scoops - 300 cals 12g fat 32g Protein lite = 2 scoops - 195 cals 6g fat 25g protein (personally, i'd just do the regular for the variety) if you dont want the regular, they do have a 'light version' the regular version has a BUNCH of flavors - my fave was probably peanut butter/chocolate and Mocha Latte... cake batter was WAYYYY too sweet the light has fewer flavors and i've never tried them, but i've heard they are good!! i bought mine thru Bodybuilding.com - CytoSport Product Listing - On Sale! Lowest Prices For CytoSport! FABULOUS customer service, fast shipping and good prices... (not affiliated, just happy customer) but i know Vitamin Shoppe also has it - im sure GNC does too...
