In my work cafeteria I grabbed a chocolate milk thinking it was the no fat one but when I got back to my desk, it was full fat. I thought "oh what the heck, it goes through a straw, I can have it."

Ew...I couldn't finish it...too much, too rich.

Me? *I* couldn't finish a full fat chocolate milk????

I think if you feel good about it, it is an NSV.

I did that with full fat yogurt not too long ago. That is most definitely an NSV .
