nicoteen effects

hey guys..............can anyone tell me if chewing nicorette or having a small dip will hurt me. i know.....tobacco sux. i quit smoking a yr. ago and have since done a little dip or chewed nicorette gum from time to time. i am 2 wks post op and sure would like to have a little dip or piece of nicorette about now.

I quit smoking in January after being a pack a day smoker for 20+ years. Just back away from the nicotene product and just say no. The longer you go without the quieter that nagging voice becomes.

I agree. I was w/ someone not too long ago that said " hey hand me a piece of that gum " I looked and realized it was nirorette gum " I told her ' Hey i did not know you just quit smoking " she said " OH yeah 2 YEARS AGO " She quit smoking but got addicted to the gum LOL I thought it was a little funny and silly at the same time !!!
