I just want to say that i had my lap band surgery march 26th 2008 and so far have lost 70 pds!! For the past month i have been going to curves and that has got to be the best decision i have ever made! The success to weight lose is not to diet because we all know diets dont work! I'ts all about change,, changing our bad habits and getting out of our comfort zones! So that is why i joined Curves! So if anyone hasnt tried it cause their not sure about it ,, im saying its wonderful and im not the type of person that likes to be out where their is alot of people but at curves i feel at home!! Curves has a saying 'NO MIRRORS NO MEN'!! And i like that i dont have to worry about men coming in their and making me feel uncomfortable! So i wanted to share a little something with you ,, cause i know in order to help myself and work with the band i must exercise,, we all have to. So good luck to you all..:eek:

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
