Does anyone know what code I should ask my PCM to use after surgery to get my authorization for fills?

usually such as in my case they got pre approvial for 3 fills and visits on my tricare approval form. If you need a code tricare.com you can find all your personal info on there. Good luck I was banded 9/26 i am tricare standard.

When I called Tricare about the code, the person didn't seem to comprehend what I was talking about, so I too would like this info if anyone has it.

The code on my proceduere is 99201-99215 it was listed as outpatient visit. hope this helps

This all should be contained in your pre authorization. Your person at the doctor should be the one worried about this. Get excited because you are going to love the band and the results. do you have a good support person?
