Having a hard time

I was banded on 8/29/06 and have lost 72 lbs so far....but that was lost in less than a year. I have not lost any weight in the last year due to many circumstances. I do not eat bread but I do eat sugar, due to stress. I know if I am to be successful, I need to stay away from the sugar. Dr. Fox did my surgery in Dallas. I am ready to get back on track and start losing again, I would like to reach my target weight by August of 2009.

The great thing about the band is we can pick up where we left off and start over . It sounds like you know what you have to do to get back on track.

Have you had a fill recently ? And the sugar ? I am assuming you mean your eating "bad" stuff that goes through the band easy . That is going to stop you from losing weight and or gain it.

You can get back on track !!
