kristi43 0 Posted October 21, 2008 Hello out there. I was banded on Feb 28,2008 and have only lost 36 pounds so far. I have now figured out that this band is a three step process which includes the band, exercise(ugh!) and proper eating. I need some suggestions for daily menues. What do you guys and gals eat in an average day? After so many years of eating anything, mostly carbs I cant get organized enough to plan and execute a good eating plan.
