tryin2lose 0 Posted October 20, 2008 Hello All, I am so glad I found this forum, I have done my research and I've decided to get the Realize Band, I would like to have my surgery in the Summer of 09 if possible. However, I have already reached an roadblock on my journey to losing weight. I called my insurance company which is also my EMPLOYER and I was told that under our plan we don't have an Obesity Rider, which means I would have to pay for the surgery out of pocket at 100%. I was thinking of trying another insurance plan with an another carrier, what do you all think??
