Creative way to keep track of my water intake

My sister suggested this: I bought some bangle bracelets tonight and tomorrow I will put 8 of them on one wrist. As I tackle each of my 8 glasses of Water, I will switch one of the bracelets to the other wrist. That way, I'll always know how much water I have left to drink that day. I start tomorrow.

That is a great idea! I bought a 32 oz mug at Walmart and only have to fill it twice, so it is easy to keep track. Strangely, it is easier for me to keep up with my Water drinking at work than at home.

It's working well, but I keep having to take them off at work or home when I'm getting my hands into Water, etc. I do like it, though, it's helping me keep track much better than without.

I used to use the same 20 oz. water bottle all day (I'm not opposed to tap water!). I would put ten rubber bands on the bottle and take one off every time I finished a bottle. That way I would know at a glance how many ounces I'd had and how many I had to go.
