Protein Pills

hi yes there is a Protein chewable pill at www.bariatricchoice.com they also have the bullets. I hear alot of people saying they have tried those and like them. But what about foods that contain Protein as well. the pills only have six grams of protein in them though so not a whole lot. What Protein Powder is the best tasting one??? I will need to know this soon. I will have my surgery date on wednesday the 29th of october. thanks Julie

I guess the point I am trying to make is the protein pills are not very good I mean 6grams of protein for 6 tablets, when you can get profect liquid for 50 grams of protein in one shot. Even the Bariatric Advantage high protein Meal Replacement gets 27 grams of Proteins per serving. So in some cases there is a protein pill but its not going to get you anywhere. I seriously do not even know why they make them.

Thanks for everyone's input! I have started on regular food and after pricing all those supplements and bullets I couldn't afford it anyways.... Now that I am on solids, do I still take 2 Vitamins a day?
