Jane Crane 0 Posted October 18, 2008 i was banded on may 21 and have lost 50 lbs. i was doing great until a couple of weeks ago and despite another fill, i just can't seem to lost any more! i'm doing a 45 minute walk every day and i'm being really good food-wise but i just can't shake this slowdown. any suggestions? You might try tracking what your eating , make sure your getting in enough food or that your not getting in too much . Also you might try adding in a little more walking OR adding in another component to your work out . Our bodies like to mix things up a bit . Mindy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
