Hello everyone! I have just had my first consult with the surgeon and am booked for the Psych/dietician and anaesthetist on the 30th! I'm very excited about this huge step. My surgeon has said it is my choice whether to go with the lap-band or the sleeve, after reading all I can get my eyes on I am very much leaning towards the non invasive lap band.

I feel such a renewed sense of hope at this point, a bit teary eyed, at the thought that I can put the horrible struggle with my weight behind me and finally do something that will be effective.
