This is one of my staples:

8 oz skim milk

1 scoop Slimfast chocolate

1 frozen banana (peeled! LOL)

1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Mix in a blender until smooth.

The frozen bananas are the "ice" so you're not watering it down. Sometimes I add a second scoop of Slimfast if I need the Protein. Sometimes I add more Peanut Butter or even use the PB2 powdered peanut butter.

Here's my staple (a little similar):

8 oz of (2% Hood Calorie Countdown) Milk

1 Pk sugar-free Carination Instant Breakfast

1 TB Peanut Butter (Sometimes I do two)

Add to blender (or like me Magic Bullet) and blend. Looks similar to Turlers (minus the banana). I love it - tastes like a Reeces Cup. This is my "Protein Shake"

21g Protein - abt. 300 Calories (good for a meal substitute)
