I wanted to tell you about this website that I found. Its www.realage.com

You go to the website and spend about 15 min answering questions. It looks at health, habits, relationships, diet and fitness. At the end it calculates your "real age" based on your answers for example a friend of mine is 50 but it told her that her real age was 61 and then gives tips on how to improve your lifestyle to reach your actual age or younger.

I am 26 and got a realage of 25.3 :smile: but it still gives me tips like it said I dont eat enough fruits so it give tips on how to improve your fruit and veggie intake. At one point it said I drive too fast so it gives your info about how driving can be stressfull....etc etc.
