ISOME 0 Posted October 14, 2008 :sad:Hello Everyone, I have Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and they do not pay for this procedure, should I change insurances, and if so, any suggestions?? ckelly37 1 Posted October 14, 2008 I had aetna and they wouldnt pay for it either it was excluded from the policy (bariatric surgery) so i decided to switch companies i went to personal choice standard option plan i got the insurance on july 1st and got approved july 8th it was fast..i was banded 9/8 all i had to pay was 1,300 out of pocket which is better than 17,000 so do some research and see what company is better for u Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Jewels68 0 Posted October 14, 2008 I have Aetna through Comcast. My husbands last insurance was also Aetna and they wouldn't pay for it either. It's the employer that says yes or no to the plan.
