Protein Help!!

try making spaghetti bolognese with lots of mince and veges, especially mushrooms. Then blend the sauce and add it to Pasta. I do this for my son to get him to eat veges and I found it was a good way for me to eat meat.

I am not sure if you have a slow cooker, but they are great. I make stew and cook it for 8 hours and the meat is so tender and easy to eat.

I swore never to drink another Protein shake again and I refuse to. I find chicken thigh is easy for me to eat or mayble some salmon.
