What a great idea...can you send it to email in a word or excel format so I can print it out. It might be a good idea if you tend to get "relaxed" on previous diets (i know I'm guilty of that) to take this test every month on you banddate. That way you have to be honest with yourself and stay true to the rules!

Vines, this is great! Thanks for posting it, it is thing we all ready know but to have it in plain black and white is going to help me..I am going to print it and post it on my fridge, and a few other places in my house and give a copy to a few of my new bandster friends
