Help!! I'm stuck!!

My pattern seems to be drop 3, stay still for a few weeks, drop 3 more, gain one, stay still for a few weeks. I keep a journal of my weight and measurements. It really helps to see inches go down when my weight has stalled.

I don't like it, but I am trying to accept it and see the overall trend. It is going DOWN! YAY!

There is a slow losers thread around here somewhere. It really helped me. I was a very slow loser. I liked that thread because it gave me hope and I stayed away from the threads where people were dropping lbs. like crazy because those threads just upset me.
