Heavy G 0 Posted October 11, 2008 I just wanted everyone here to know that this site is truly inspiring. I was banded Oct. 10th by Dr. Felix Spiegel. Fortunately, I had reviewed this site for about a month before my surgery to get a feel for what others had already been through. So far, I have not had any bad experience(except for the gas build-up). I have been walking, sipping liquids and feel like I am aware of what could happen adversely to me because of this site.
