rodriguezequal 3 Posted October 10, 2008 Okay so the other day my husband took the car with the baby's seat in it and I wanted to go to the store...I pack up the stroller and get my son ready and off we go...the store is 1.8 miles from our apartment and it is very very very hilly. I get down the first hill and half way up the second one when I stop and say "What the heck was I thinking?!" No stopping now though...I'll just walk to the store get what I need and wait for my husband to call and say he's on his way home. He can come get me...I finally make it to the store about an hour later. I then walk around the store for an hour and then sit and rehydrate for 20 minutes. I'm bored now...okay I made it here I'll just go back home. this time it only took me 45 minutes...while I'm out I think I'll just go get the mail...almost 4 miles later I arrive home with a huge blister on my pinky toe OUCH!!! lol The surprising things is...I wasn't sore the next day...or the next...I never got sore. That was a huge walk for me...WOW...I think next time I'll just walk around the block...lol, but I went from a size 24 to a size 18 (tight) since my surgery!!! YEAHYA!!!!!!
