Friday morning weigh in...10 oct 08

After nearly 3 weeks of gaining/losing the same pound over and over again, I've finally started moving again. I'm at 193 this morning, down with three and a half pounds from Wednesday. I started working out to a new DVD, "30 Day Shred," and I give it all the credit. You're supposed to do it daily, but after two days I took a day off, did it yesterday and will today, now that I can finally walk again. Holy shit it's hard - and yet, at only 20 minutes, not a big time investment. Of course, I'm only on Level 1, and the easy side of that, as well.

Did I mention it's painful? But pain = results, so I'm hoping I can stick with it. :smile:

Down .5 lbs this week. I was a little disappointed b/c on Thursday morning I was down 1.5 lbs and then gained a pound by Friday morning. Oh well. At least I am down from the week before.

Total loss 32 pounds.
