Hello, I'm new

I am a 37 year old female who is scheduled for lap band a week from today. I am a little scared of the surgery and am starving because I am only taking in liquids per the doctor in order to shrink my liver. Can anyone tell me how the surgery was?

I'm a lot older than you but will be taking the same journey as my scheduled date for surgery is the 28th provided I passed the stress test I went through last week -- will find out Thursday at my surgeons required physical just prior to having the procedure. Have been reading everything I can for the last couple of weeks -- some of it excites me and some of it scares me but knowledge is strength!:wub:

Thank you Roxiann for the tip. I had a very hard time tonite on my way home, I was very moody, I had to go to the grocery store to get some whey Protein and all I smelled was food, I am sooooo hungry. I wish you luck I am sure you will be banded by the end of the month:thumbup:
