I had my first fill yesterday - and got scolded

I got my first fill yesterday 3cc I also felt quite sick in the stomach for about 1 hour later. I was told to not have any liqued calories but said that i was using a liqued Protein Shake only on my work days as i leave home at 6am, i can not eat that early and i find that when i get my Breakfast break it is often around 10am or sometimes later depending how busy we are on the floor. Nurses often dont get there breaks on time and some times dont even get them. so any way i was finding that i was getting very empty and sometimes quite light headed around 8am and found the optofast stopped this, so appart from that i am to be eat normal foods, and try everything. My Dr feels that you should not feel deprived or that you are on a diet, so being a foody, i totally agree. I have been banded 9 weeks today and have lost 13.6kgs so i am feeling good, and hope that this fill will slow down my appetite again, good luck to all.
