I was an Angel today....

Today I was an Angel for a new bandster. She is a customer of mine and has watched my transformation over the last 14 months and has picked my brain and researched the Lap band for over a year now.. Today was her day to have the Lap Band with Dr. Quebbaman & Dellal out of South Coast Medical here in Laguna Beach. I wanted to be there for her and show her my support, I know from the tears in her eyes when she saw me that she really appreciated me being there for her.I brought her a gift basket from Bath & Body Works to pamper herslef once she is up to it.. It felt so good to be able to help a new bandster today

It sounds like you are the reason that she choose the Lap Band surgery. That must feel really good to know what an inspiration you are for this lady! I wish her the best of luck on her lap Band journey. Please invite her to come and visit us her at LBT!

You ARE an angel. How wonderful for you to make that impact in her life. I went through this whole thing alone and when I was in the hospital I thought how nice it would have been to have a visitor. You'll never know the impact you made!!!

You are a good friend! It's a great thing to make someone's day...when I'm in a bad mood or feeling down, I try to find something to do that will make someone else's day...and that gift to them, is also a gift to me. Thanks for telling that story. It is so uplifting to be reminded to do more things like that for our friends and family.
