Hi y'all, I just learned about your community at the Nat'l Lap Band Conference in Dallas, TX where I was a vendor. Heard some awesome speakers. If you didn't go to the conference this year, don't miss it next year. I'll share my philosophy that might be helpful - "Life is subject to change without notice, be ready." And - "It's none of my business what others think of me." Both of these have made life easier for me. Take and love life.
