Hi All,

this is my first ever post on this website or any website actually.... I am 140kgs and 6'3", apparently i need to lose 60kgs, but i think i'll look ridiculous that thin. 45-50kgs will be just fine! :thumbup:

I am having my OP on the 14th of this month, so 8 days to go, feeling pretty nervous now. i have been on the Optifast for 6 days and lost 5 kgs so far. not so bad, but i'd kill for a slice of Pizza.:tt2:

Good luck, im in sydney and was banded 7 weeks tomorrow, have not regretted it for a min. make sure you dont cheat on your preop, dont want the Dr to refuse to do you because your liver is still to big, to move for the band.

Hi im in sydney too banded just over 12 mths and lost 61kgs
