I'm just now going through the pre-ops, but sure! I'd like to help startup a support group, and I love your choice of places (I live in Damascus). I'll know closer to then if I can come on November 8th - I've kind of promised a 'sew-in' at my house that weekend, but if it falls through, I'll be there!
