Has anyone heard of the Fat Fast? Have you ever tried it? I hear it's a good way to kick fat burning into high gear.

I heard about it before, its talked about in the Atkins book. Its only supposed to be used for like 2 or 3 days. I dont know all what you can eat so ckeck the book.
