Bea...I'm a Margarita nut! I love 'em! We aren't big drinkers, but once in awhile it's fun to let loose!

Why can't we just have a separate thread for each catagory? I know it's lot of threads, but it sure would be nice to have them separated. I just hate reading pages and pages looking for a particular recipe! I wonder if we could talk to Alex about setting up something that would help us keep that kind of thing organized better?

Brandy...good to see you back!

Yeah, I thought of that and maybe I'll send him a message. What I wanted to do was start a thread for recipes and then have a post for chicken, Desserts, etc; however, that would have to be done on a major thread and not just inside April 2008 Bandsters. That's not a problem, I don't mind sharing, but there is already a recipe thread. My other thought was to do it completely off site like on yahoo groups or something. Does anyone else have any thoughts?

Why don't we ask Alex to setup an Avenger's Recipe Book Group...We had him set up a Bagnato Bandits group (my doctor's office bandsters) and he did. The Big Recipe thread is just so intimidating and hard to follow. Whatcha think?

Yeah, I hate the recipe thread too. I never even go on there and I don't want our thread to turn into that. I don't know what the other thing is, but lets go for it.

Do you want me to PM Alex? I can't right now - but I'll do it from the house tonight. K?

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
