ReadySteadyGo 8 Posted September 30, 2008 I wanted to say that I bought a "Just my size" yoga dvd on Amazon.com for like 9 bucks and though not being an exercise that makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack it does work your muscles and I feel so much more...stretchy now. It also calms in the wake of our falling economy. Just wanted to rave instead of rant for once.

Gone4Now 4 Posted October 1, 2008 Oooh...a rave! Wow. What a positive uplift. Thank you! :cursing: I've never seen My Size Yoga. Yoga scares me a little, but I may have to try it out. Do you need a lot of space for it?
tapshoes 2 Posted October 1, 2008 The mental image I have of my body contorting into shapes and positions has me giggling!

ReadySteadyGo 8 Posted October 2, 2008 You need about as much space as a yoga mat takes up...or in my case with maybe a little spilled over in certain positions I am really enjoying it. I am becoming flexible and thats fun:thumbup:
Mimilou2004 13 Posted October 2, 2008 I ordered it yesterday and am really eager to receive it!! Best of all, I had a $7 credit at Amazon so the CD is only costing me $2.87!!!! I can't wait to start getting some flexibility!!! Mimi
Gone4Now 4 Posted October 2, 2008 RSG - I love your new avatar! Yes, I bought a pilates video w/mat several years ago and I spilled over quite a bit in the width dept...and had plenty to spare in the length.
