Penni60 45 Posted August 1, 2005 OK guys I am logging in my weight loss today. I have lost 8 lbs since last Monday. WHOO HOO!! I am down to 226. That is 70 lbs gone total. I finally joined the gym and went 4 times last week, upped my Water intake greatly and only "splurged" once last week on sweets... So,i guess that counts as a big "0" I had .."woman problems" this week,so hopefully i`ll lose more next week. Going for another fill august 11!
