beautifultina 1 Posted July 12, 2005 ok started off last week (sunday) at 308. Today I got on the scale and it read as 293.6 so 14 pounds GONE! I didnt start the LPD(liquid Protein Diet) until Tuesday so, I am not sure where to start measuring my weigth loss from. I will just start weighing in here on mondays. Okay, everyone...BE CHALLENGED!!!!! this morning, thanks to my post-fill liquid diet that lasted a week....I weighed... 199.8! And since this is a challenge, I had to take a moment to gloat. It may be short-lived once I start on mushies again. Yay Me!!!! ________________________editing___________ Okay, I'm going through this thread and I posted 202 yesterday...and today I am 199.8? I'll make DH drive us to the one in two weeks, after I get back from NY. Sometimes I would like to have access to a scale, but not enough to let a lier in my house... Stick to the Protein first then everything else if you have room Stay away from the empty calories. Exercise if nothing but 10 min doing something that gets your heart pumping every day.
