Yummy Pesto Pasta...

So for dinner tonight I had pesto Pasta with lamb! I made the pesto myself and it was soooooooo YUMMY!!! - Fresh Basil (I think I'll start growing this herb myself and some sage to go with my tomatoes I just planted) - Some Pine Nuts - Clove Fresh Garlic (crushed) - little salt - Some parmesan cheese Used the Bamix to blend this mix together. Used Spiral Pasta cooked until really soft then mixed the pesto through the pasta over a little heat (and added a bit of Water to allow it to mix a bit better) The Lamb I tenderised and then cooked it up in the pan. MmmmMmmmm sooo freaking good and it was filling!
