I lost 10 lbs already during my first week of Pre-Op liquid diet, one more week to go, then my tummy gets banded. I have been drinking non carbonated flavored Water, sugar free puddings, SF jellos and SF popsicles..I also have had hot chicken broth after work to relax before going to bed. I even got back into my smaller size shorts comfortably. Current size was too big at waist, but tight at thigh which is from obesity and varicose veins...
