Help! I am going through withdrawl!

I was banded on 6/8/05. The doctor is very conservative and had me on Clear Liquids for 10 days and now I am in my first week of full liquids. I have three more weeks to go on full liquids. I am definately going through withdrawl. I an anxious, jittery, can't concentrate, and am mean! The only good thing is that I live by myself so I can't make too many people mad at me. I know that I can't eat things so I won't but all those hidden reasons that I overate are coming back to haunt me now. I need to chew! To make matters worse I have PMS!!!! I am sorry that I am rambling but i need some suggestions before I tear my hair out!

Chew gum!! It will give you something to put in your mouth!! You can do it!
