baylorjai 0 Posted September 23, 2008 My doctor's office submitted my paperwork for my 6 month observation, and all the other requirements by Cigna August 22nd...I followed up Sept. 3rd to make sure that Cigna had everything...they did. I haven't recieved a rejection letter...and it has been a month...should I call Cigna to see what's going on?
rstroud100 0 Posted September 23, 2008 Hello, My wife is finishing up her 6 month period in October and we will be submitting her paperwork to CIGNA also. She wants to get this surgery done before the end of this year since we have almost met our out of pocket max for 2008. I would definitely be hounding them if you don't get an answer soon. Let us know how this plays out. GOOD LUCK...
baylorjai 0 Posted September 23, 2008 Thanks for that post! It's nice to know there are other people out there that are on the same path. I want to get mine done before the end of the year as well. I start Grad-school in January and I want this to be over with before I start on my next hurdle. I'll let you know what happens.

Don't worry until it is about a month. If they call you before then, then that's great. Good Luck!
CMTurner 0 Posted September 23, 2008 I would call about once a week at least. The sooner you know, the sooner you can schedule surgery or start the appeals process.
