Hi everyone, I've spent a lot of time reading the forum the last couple of days and have a lot yet to read. I am still doing the nutrition portion of this. I usually chat to much and ask to many questions so I won't start out that way:cry_smile:

I did my seminar onlinesince I live over an hour away and only drive up to 5 miles if that, then when I saw the surgeon I was really sick and should of asked more questions than I obviously did. What is Pre Op meal? I don't remember anyone mentioning anything other than the 1200 I'm on now and the differant post op ones
