I took one the day after my surgery. Just be careful when washing your incisions. It will make you feel so much better too!

I took a shower the after too... I didnt wash my tummy at all.. I just let the Water run over it.. It felt really good... I did wash the essential parts though LOL

They had me up first thing the next morning showering too. It felt soooo good.
