soy or whey protein ideas?

My surgeon and my primary doctor told me no more lactose. I bought an egg white Protein and it tastes disgusting. It honestly made me gag. Is anyone drinking a particular brand of whey or soy Protein they can recommend?

I prefer most any whey over the soy. They don't smell so terrible. If Ican get it past my nose I can get it down. Not happily sometimes.

i found a great one...made by sportspharma its lactose free and the strawberry flavour os really nice. I mix it with soya milk...taste like milkshake.

I have the protein bullets by IDS. They come in a test tube like container. It has 42g of whey protein per 3.1 fl oz tube. I get them from www.supplements.net for about $28 for a case of 12. I drink half of it with my crystal lite since i have heard that the body can only absorb 20 or so grams of protein at a time.
