ThinWithin 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Okay I got my referral in my hand (can i get a woot woot!) and it says i am approved for 1 visit w/one code and 5 more visits w/another physician code. I am curious if anybody else got one like this....I dont think it means I'm approved for the surgery but I am confused lol help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
