PCP change???

I just got notice that my primary will no longer be in my network as of Sept 30th. My 6 month diet will be over in October. Will this affect the process at all?

i don,t think so my insurance switch, so i,m still in the network you have to find another one, in your network. call the insurance company. they will assign you one. when mine change i call an ask do they still cover the surgery they said yes,everything was ok. good luck.

I agree call your insurance company, explain your situation, and do what they tell you (and write down who you talked to, time, etc. best to CYA with insurance!)

Is it worth it to pay for the final visit with out-of-network prices? It might be easier than switching for the final visit and might also make insurance approval a little smoother.
