meschultz 0 Posted October 7, 2008 Nazzy..I have the lapband.. I have lost 14 lbs so far.. total since august 22nd I have lost 32.6 lbs... as far as how I am doing I am going to say just ok.. ha ha.. I was suppose to go back to work yesterday, but I was really nauseated so i left work after only 3 hours and then I of course was suppose to be there today, but decided not to risk it and gave myself one more day to relax.. I have some trouble getting comfortable while sleeping and I think that is part of my problem.. My left shoulder still has some pain and occasionally get a gas bubble in my throat.. I am suppose to start mushies on Thursday and as much as I am sick and tired of Protein Shakes I am a little nervous to start them.. My husband had his surgery the week before me and he is doing great.. So I am looking forward to being two weeks post op.. I wish you good luck. Just make sure you walk a lot and follow everything your doctor tells u.. take care

kiniharri 0 Posted March 1, 2010 I was having trouble locating mini forks, spoons, and containers to help me with maintaining my portions and bite size. I finally found some, and decided to set up a site to help others. The thought of trying to eat out with baby forks was alittle weird to me. The products I found are very elegant and grown up. I'd love to hear feedback on the products or suggestions for other products that us bandsters need. www.portioncontrolconcepts.com.
