Hello, I too am from Reno...I wanted to take the time to welcome you the the boards. You will find the answers to most of your questions here. I am a few days away from my 6 month bandiversary and have lost 100 lbs, so far. I wish you luck on your journey and we are here to support you.

hi Reno.... arriving Oct 6 - 9 of course on a special flight from Canada and just banded in July.... not a lot of weight loss but it would be very cool if we could meet while I am there///// I am staying at the El Dorado with 2 friends but could meet you anywhere and it would be fun....
