13 hour flight coming up

My doc says I don't need to have my band unfilled.

Have any of you had experience with this?

I wouldn't think it would be a problem unless you are really tight. I have not flown since my band has been filled but I flew home from Mexico to MI the day after surgery. I will be flying to AZ in December and don't expect any problems.

I fly all the time without any noticible change in my band. You will be fine adn if you have concerns bring Protein powder to add to juice on the flight in case you can't eat the airline food.
