A girly thing...

So I have noticed that sometimes when I feel more pressure than usual when food is going down, if i move my bra up, it releases pressure. I did it just now and it made me burp quite a bit. could my bra be pushing on my band? I know when i did the test where they messure the pressure in your esophagus that mine was different than most peoples. The doctor said that in relationship to my diaphram, my esophagus is higher than most peoples. Could this be why? Is anyone else having this problem?

I have heard of many woman saying if they feel pain/pressure when eating they lift the middle of the bra up for a minute or two to let the food go down. I myself have only had 1 experience since being banded of food getting "stuck" and i tried it for myself... i think it helped a bit but the first minute i lifted my bra from the clevege area i felt even more disconfort before i started to feel relief therefor im not sure if it helped me or if the food just made its way down slowly...

sorry i cant be more helpful to you... just wanted to let you know i have heard of this before.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
