what should i do?

A scrambled egg was filling for me but this morning I had one not paying too much attention to what I was doing and I didn't smoosh it enough! I swallowed and it got stuck and I thought to try putting some liquid down to move it but that just backfilled! I thought I would vomit but luckily I didn't and luckily it only took a minute to move!! It was REALLY uncomfortable and I won't be doing it again, I mean I'll still have an egg just next time I'll be a little more careful!

i did that with a piece of toast a couple of days ago, was in the office and my team leader said she would go and get a drink of Water for me, and it did exactly the same, was very uncomfortable. scrambled egg hasnt been a problem for me, but everyone is different.

I had it once before no Problem I think I jsut forgot to chew it that little bit more...I did the same witha piece of fish tonight...I have to stop getting distracted!!! but the fish was painful and the egg just uncomfortable
