Anyone else in, I need all the motivation and accountability I can get! Thursday - 52 minutes on the treadmill, avg speed 3mph, average incline 3% Saturday - 52 minutes on the treadmill 5 minute warm up walk .25 mile walk to calibrate my Nike+ sensor again @ 3mph/3.0 incline 38 minute walk @ 3mph/5.0 incline 1 minute walk @ 3.5mph/5.0 incline 1minute jog @ 4mph/5.0 incline 2 minute cool down walk Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

lotzasunshine 2 Posted September 16, 2008 Well, yesterday was a work day for me, which means doing music with k-6th graders. So if marching, and ring around the rosy and directing singing count then I spent like 4 hours exercising!!
